However, please note that we do not accept refunds or returns for incorrect orders or change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only issued if products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following cases:

✅ The product arrived damaged or was not in good condition

✅ You received the wrong product due to our mistake

We cannot accept returns for:

🚫 Incorrectly ordered items

🚫 Items that have been opened, used, or consumed

🚫 Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, or snacks)

🚫 Gift cards or downloadable products

Refund Process

2️⃣ Approval Required: If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

3️⃣ Refund Method: Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card provider – sometimes, processing takes time.

• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please email us with details.

Shipping Returns

We do not accept returns unless authorized via email.

• If a return is approved, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive returned items.
