Super Maize Meal, Minerals (Electrolytic Iron, Sodium Selenite, Zinc Oxide), and Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).

At 10kg, this is bulk-size — ideal for large families, food preparation businesses, or anyone who relies on pap as a daily staple. To prepare a single meal (4–6 people): use approximately 200g (2 cups) of maize meal with 6 cups salted water. The 10kg bag will yield roughly 50 servings. Transfer opened bag contents to a large airtight container to keep moisture and pests out — pap meal stores well for 6–12 months when sealed properly.
